Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified. During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Upper Echelon of Beauty and Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
International Shipping
If applicable: International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
